With the snow truly gone and winter definitely over, it was time to celebrate spring.

Plush Mills did that in style on April 9, with an afternoon Spring Fling featuring live music, a special menu, and lots of beautiful colors.  Even the carrots and radishes became flowers for the occasion, and edible pansies decorated the salsa.

Coming up on April 14 and April 27, two local garden clubs will set up flower shows at Plush Mills - a further celebration of spring.
