The Sage Health Care Consortium streamlines our residents' health care.  Many health care services are located right here, under one roof.  Through our alliance with Crozer Keystone Center for Geriatric Medicine, we have arranged for many medical providers to offer services on-site. 

From podiatry to reflexology, bloodwork (when covered by certain insurances) to support groups, we strive to maximize your comfort and convenience when it comes to your health.
